1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within the continental United States (48 contiguous states) only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes.
International shipping is available to approved trade accounts only and must be arranged prior to order placement. All international buyers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and related costs, which are not included in product or shipping prices.
Freight shipments to commercial addresses or job sites are available for large or oversized orders. Please contact us for a quote and delivery coordination.
2. FOB Phoenix Pricing
All published prices are quoted FOB Phoenix, Arizona (Free On Board Phoenix). This pricing structure ensures you pay only for the product itself, with shipping calculated separately based on your location, preferred carrier, and delivery method.
What “FOB Phoenix” Means

4. Shipping Costs
Standard Orders
Shipping is calculated at checkout or quoted based on your destination, weight, and carrier rate. Typical UPS Ground rates for individual shelves range $25–$60 depending on distance.
Freight Orders (LTL)
Large or heavy orders may ship by freight. Liftgate or residential surcharges may apply. Optional delivery services (inside delivery, scheduled appointments, etc.) are billed at carrier rates.

Available at our Phoenix facility by appointment.
Trade Freight Options
Registered trade customers may select Freight Collect or Bill to My Account for direct carrier billing.
5. Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Custom orders begin processing only after all design approvals and full payment are received.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to weather, carrier performance, or other factors beyond our control.
6. Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. Freight orders include a PRO number for carrier-site tracking. Orders with multiple boxes may have multiple tracking numbers.
7. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned due to an address error, redelivery fees will apply.
Carrier rerouting requests after shipment may incur additional address-correction charges.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order appears lost or arrives damaged:
