Our ecommerce program is designed to make standard products easy to specify and order. Larger quantities, custom requirements and project-specific work can be handled directly with Gentry Stinson when the scope falls outside the standard online configurators.

Project Support

Depending on the project, we can review drawings, dimensions, mounting conditions, quantities, finish requirements, packaging requirements and delivery constraints before production. Custom availability, pricing and lead time depend on scope and current factory capacity.

Pricing & Quantity Orders

Standard ecommerce pricing applies to ordinary online orders. Trade, quantity and project pricing may be available when the order scope justifies separate quoting. Shipping remains separate and is calculated at checkout or quoted for freight and special-handling orders.

Custom Specifications

Projects outside the standard online dimensional or finish program can be evaluated separately. Send drawings, dimensions, material requirements, finish references and quantity information so we can determine whether the work fits our manufacturing capabilities.

Factory-Assembled Products

Our shelves and display pedestals ship factory assembled. We do not sell flat-pack or ready-to-assemble versions of these products. Construction methods, mounting requirements and finish information are documented throughout our technical resource library.

International Trade Orders

International shipping is available only to approved trade customers and must be arranged before the order is placed. Duties, taxes, brokerage, import fees and local compliance requirements remain the buyer's responsibility.
